Key Responsibilities
1. 按照生产领料的要求，及时发放物料，并做好仓库记录，确保生产顺利进行。
2. 按照系统采购订单进行收货，填写《原材料采购入库单》确保物料的及时报检。
3. 按照物流《发货单》的要求，核实发货成品数量，型号，订单号，确保成品发运。
4. 每天对输入的系统数据进行检查，保证ERP系统数据输入的正确性；
5. 对来料或生产过程中发现的不良品按程序及时进行处理并告知检验、采购；
6. 平常进行日盘点，周盘点，每月滚动盘点；协助财务部做好盘点工作和相关的财务工作；
7. 单据传递、整理、归档；找出记录库存数据与系统中的数据不符合的原因并协助解决；
8. 仓库文件资料的管理；
9. 仓库车辆的日常保养、维护；
10. 劳保用品的发放；
11. 公司可回收固废的处置；
12. 责任区内6S工作，确保物料整齐有序及储运过程中的人员及物品的安全；
13. 上级主管交办的临时任务。
Required Education & Qualifications
1. 熟悉Windows操作系统;
2. 有叉车证或电瓶车证(Must)、危化品操作证;
3. 了解公司的物料管理模式，熟悉物料的领用程序;
4. 具备一定的财务知识，对数据敏感；
5. 有良好的沟通能力。
