EXPORT COMPLIANCE STATEMENT

Depending upon the job position being applied for, an export license, including deemed export license, may be required in order for the applicant to perform his or her job duties. Any offer of employment shall be contingent upon Modine’s receipt of any and all necessary export licenses that may be required by U.S law. In addition, any offer of employment will be contingent upon Modine’s verification that the candidate does not appear on and/or is not subject to any of the following U.S. Government lists: the Bureau of Industry and Security’s Denied Persons List, Entity List, or Unverified List; the Office of Foreign Assets Control’s Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List; the Directorate of Defense Trade Control’s Debarred List, and the Department of State’s Nonproliferation Sanctions. In the event a candidate refuses or cannot otherwise provide necessary information in order for Modine to determine whether such licenses may be necessary or for Modine to obtain any required licenses, the company shall maintain the exclusive right to discontinue the application process and/or withdraw any contingent offer that has been made.
