Key Responsibilities

1.New Project Support: Participate in new product, responsible for procurement activities in the early stages of the project. Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on technical drawings and specifications.  
2.Supplier Management: Develop, evaluate, audit, and manage suppliers; communicate with suppliers on technical matters to ensure they fully understand our company's technical and quality requirements. Conduct regular performance assessments of existing suppliers and drive continuous improvement.  
3.Cost Analysis and Control: Conduct cost analysis and breakdowns of components, and organize cost accounting. Maintain and update the procurement price system to ensure accuracy and timeliness of prices.
4.PO Management: Execute purchase orders, tracking delivery to ensure production . handle supplier reconciliations, invoice entry, and payments. 
5.Management and Procurement of Indirect Materials, include MRO, Service 
6.Cost Reduction in Procurement: Continuously drive cost reduction and efficiency improvement through business negotiations, value engineering/value analysis, etc. 
7.Quality Issue Resolution: Coordinate and handle quality issues of incoming materials from suppliers, collaborate with function team to promote production process stability and product consistency by suppliers.  
8.Other tasks assigned by leader.

Required Education & Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1.Minimum of 3 years of experience in a procurement, sourcing, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
2.Familiar with ERP, PO tracking, material or production planning, and experienced in procurement management.
3.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and Solid negotiation and vendor management skills.
4.Strong stress resistance Careful, logical and principled, Be good at communication and expression..
5.Excellent English, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Engineering Bachelor Degree above.
