Key Responsibilities
1. Monitor Daily/weekly output by production group and implement corrective action.
2. Make production daily plan according master plan and take output analysis report.
3. Guide the lean production to shop floor, making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality; ensuring that the production is cost effective.
4. Attend and direct daily team leader meetings.
5. Ensure production operators/line leader and Technicians are effective and productive in their duties.
6. Monitor Work Orders in progress to ensure build to plan and on time delivery. Review Work Orders with Team Leaders.
7. Review causes of rework and brief the trouble-shooting plan.
8. Maintain & develop production monitoring records
9. Appraise and direct Team Leaders/Operators.
10. Make sure the accurate material flow. Issue material shortage to PMC/Stores & Purchasing.
11. Monitoring/Handling grievances, counseling and disciplinary procedures.
12. Prepare training plans for all production personnel.
13. Ensure Health and Safety in the production area. Coordinating housekeeping surveys and implements corrective action.
14. Others job assigned by supervisor.
Required Education & Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Minimum 5 years with Foreign-invested Company in workshop supervisory position
2. Production/Process Control analysis skills
3. Fluent English written and speaking
