Key Responsibilities
1.服从管理、听从指挥，遵守公司着装要求及行为规范。
2.严格按照生产指令保质保量按时完成日常生产中自动焊接工作。
3.可以独立承担各种常规产品的操作。
4.严格按照公司的技术文件和工艺要求进行焊接操作。
5.具有质量意识，做好自检互检，并对本人生产工序的质量负责。
6.维护生产场地整洁有序，完成包干区域的6S工作，负责本工序产生废弃物的分类放置。
7.负责填写各种原始记录，没有遗漏或错误。
8.工作效率，质量要求达到公司考核要求。
9.保养好所使用的作业工序设备和器具，做好设备日常点检，严格遵守安全操作规程，确保安全生产。
10.严禁各种浪费，严禁“无人灯”的现象。
11.完成领导其他临时交办任务。
Required Education & Qualifications
1.具备良好的视力与听力。
2.持有《特种作业人员操作证》。
3.具备良好的学习能力，掌握自动焊接操作知识，具备一定的焊接设备操作技能及氩弧焊经验。
4.具备必要的识图知识，从事焊接工作半年以上。
5.具有较强的组织纪律性和工作主动性，严格要求自己，乐观积极，具备团队合作精神与集体荣誉感。
6.具备良好的沟通技能。
7. 中专以上学历。
