Position Description
1.Make sales orders according to sales information.
2.Track order review, confirm product delivery cycle, timely feedback to customers and sales team.
1.据销售信息制订销售订单;
2.跟踪订单评审，确认产品交期周期，及时反馈客户和销售团队；
Key Responsibilities
1.Arrange delivery and customs clearance;
2.Make purchase order according to production plan or material plan, and follow up the delivery status to ensure the material arrives as required
3.Keep cooperative relationship and other departments to ensure good team work.
4.Make related reports and input K3 system data
5.Other temporary tasks assigned by supervisor.
1.安排发货和报关事宜；
2.根据生产计划或物料计划下达采购订单，并跟踪交货情况，确保物料按要求到货
3.与其他部门保持良好的合作关系，确保良好的团队合作。
4.相关报表的制作和K3系统数据的录入
5.其他上级交办的临时任务。
Required Education & Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree and two years related experience.
2. Familiar with ERP, order following, material or production planner experience
3. Excellent reading and written English, Good communication and coordination, able to communicate properly and with a team-working spirit.
4. Careful, logical and principled, Be good at communication and expression.
1. 本科以上学历，两年以上相关工作经验。
2. 熟悉ERP，订单跟踪，物料或生产计划经验
3. 良好的英语读写能力，良好的沟通协调能力，具有良好的团队合作精神。
4. 细心、有逻辑、有原则，善于沟通和表达。
