Key Responsibilities
1.Take charge of internal process and product quality. Lead the QC inspection team.
2.Lead the regular quality audit of production line, evaluate the result and follow up the improvement actions accordingly.
3.Fast response to production quality issues. Organize material review board. Escalate major issues.
4.Make quality inspection standard and implement.
5.Continuously improve quality through PDCA cycle.
6.Follow other task assigned from supervisor.
Required Education & Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1.Minimum 3 years in manufacturing supervisor position.
2.Fluent English reading/writing.
3.Skilled in Excel & PPT. Minitab is preferable.
4.Be familiar with sheet metal, painting, welding and assembly processes.
5.HVAC background is preferred.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor degree/major in engineering
