Key Responsibilities
1. Place purchase orders based on the production plan or material plan, and track the delivery status to ensure that materials arrive as required.
2. Formulate the delivery plan for suppliers and control the inventory turnover rate of raw materials.
3. Collect and analyze the information of purchased items/materials and report it in a timely manner.
4. Maintain good cooperative relations with other departments to ensure good teamwork.
5. Control the accounts payable for the purchased goods.
6. Assist the warehouse in handling substandard materials.
7. Other matters assigned by the leader.
Required Education & Qualifications
1.Two years related experience. Engineering Bachelor Degree above.
2.Familiar with ERP, order following, material or production planner experience
3.Excellent reading and written English, Good communication and coordination, able to communicate properly and with a team-working spirit.
4.Careful, logical and principled, Be good at communication and expression.
