POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Are you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for precision and a knack for electrical systems? Join our team as a Wiring Technician and take charge of assembling and wiring the brains behind our cutting-edge units. From control panels and sensors to motors and instrumentation, you’ll bring blueprints to life with expert craftsmanship and technical finesse.

You’ll be the go-to expert for installing conduit runs, auxiliary junction boxes, and enclosures, and you’ll play a key role in prepping units for final testing. Bonus points if you can bend sheet metal like a pro or handle a plasma torch with confidence. If you thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment where quality and safety come first, we want to hear from you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lay out and dimension unit controls, motors, and sensors with precision
  • Mount back panels and install electrical components with care and consistency
  • Route and bundle wires and cables to meet high wiring standards
  • Execute point-to-point wiring for relays, controls, motors, and sensors
  • Perform self-checks to ensure flawless wiring and eliminate errors
  • Keep red-line drawings updated with any changes during fabrication
  • Collaborate with engineers and managers to communicate updates and revisions
  • Maintain a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to top-tier quality
  • Tackle additional tasks as needed with a can-do attitude

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A safety-first mindset—always
  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical school a plus!)
  • Solid understanding of electrical and mechanical drawings
  • Strong knowledge of electrical wiring and terminology
  • Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Willingness to work overtime when needed
  • Detail-oriented with a drive for excellence
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and follow procedures
  • A team player with professionalism and a positive attitude
  • Confidence in using tools like drills, hand tools, and plasma torches
  • Bonus: experience with gas line piping/fitting and sheet metal fabrication

Why Join Us?

  • This isn’t just another wiring job—it’s a chance to be part of something bigger. You’ll help build the systems that power innovation, and you’ll do it alongside a team that values craftsmanship, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Ready to wire up your next big opportunity? Let’s get connected.

Safety First

  • We take safety seriously. You’ll be expected to wear proper PPE at all times and follow best practices to keep yourself and your teammates safe.
