Key Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Puts the appropriate business processes in place to accomplish Business Plan.
2. Achieve sales revenue and market growth target in Asia with focus mainly on China.
3. Works to meet targets like revenue, margin, cost, and customer satisfaction.
4. Develop sales and Partner network with OEM customers for Marine, Power Plant and Power Grid Industries.
5. Enhance cooperation with the existing key clients to achieve the company’s performance growth objectives, through regular communication and collaboration, as well as frequent visits and problem-solving.
6. Work closely with managers of other departments internally in developing sales strategies, driving business growth and ensures asset productivity.
7. Develop various reports, i.e. analysis, forecast and inventory management, etc.
Required Education & Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. At least 3 years sales experience in industrial product B2B model. Foreign Company working back ground is a plus.
2. High ethical standards and result driven. Suitable for a multi-task working environment.
3. Demonstrated ability to plan. Lead and manage multi-disciplinary perspectives.
4. Possesses strong management, people and organizational skills
5. Open for taking on other tasks belonging to the sales responsibility that is not stated in this document.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering, automation or thermal engineering, electrical engineering education background preferred. Generally, the engineering background is a must. Fluent in reading and writing English.
