Position Description
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Digital Productivity to provide strategic leadership and technical oversight for our digital employee experience. You will guide a team of Digital Productivity Engineers responsible for the architecture, operation, and integration of critical systems. Your domain will include endpoint management (Windows/mobile), Intune, imaging solutions, and our complete Microsoft 365 environment, including SharePoint and collaboration spaces. This is a key leadership role in transforming IT's ability to deliver on its commitments to the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Endpoint Management: Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of endpoint devices to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Windows Desktop Management: Manage the lifecycle of Windows desktop environments, including updates, patches, and troubleshooting.
- Mobile Device Management: Implement and maintain mobile device management (MDM) solutions to support a diverse range of mobile devices.
- Office 365 Administration: Administer and optimize Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and other related applications.
- SharePoint Management: Oversee the development, customization, and maintenance of SharePoint sites to enhance collaboration and information sharing.
- Collaboration Spaces: Manage digital collaboration tools and spaces to facilitate effective communication and teamwork.
- Intune Administration: Implement and manage Microsoft Intune for device and application management.
- Imaging Solutions: Develop and maintain imaging solutions for efficient deployment and recovery of desktop and mobile devices.
- Emerging Technology Infrastructure: Evaluate, pilot, and administer the infrastructure for AI-powered systems and tools to enable advanced analytics and support AI-driven innovation.
Business Partnering
- Provide periodic review of operations metrics to business leadership and all stakeholders.
- Facilitate coordination and execution of customer satisfaction reviews with business partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Required Education & Qualifications
- 7+ years managing IT operations or security operations teams in an ITIL environment for medium to large companies.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, related field or equivalent experience.
- Strong knowledge of endpoint management, Windows desktop environments, mobile device management, Office 365, SharePoint, and Intune.
- Broad understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies in order to understand the service delivery landscape and effectively communicate with technical teams.
- Strong technical expertise in server, storage, networking, and cloud technologies.
- Proven experience with infrastructure automation and orchestration tools.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, Cisco, Google, VMware) are a plus.
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost management, and financial planning to ensure that service delivery stays within budget and aligns with financial goals.
- Possess excellent written and oral communications skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, teamwork and project management skills.
- Be able to communicate effectively with resources at all levels of the Modine organization.
- Be able to work independently, meet deadlines, and drive for results.
- Be able to think logically and independently and solve complex problems in their assigned area of responsibility.
