Position Description

 

The Senior Manager, Business Relationship Management & IT Service Delivery serves as a strategic advisor and primary IT partner to business leadership. The role translates business strategy into technology roadmaps, investment priorities, service improvements, and transformation initiatives while leading business engagement, portfolio governance, IT service delivery, and ITSM practices. The Senior Manager ensures technology investments and services deliver measurable business value, strong user experience, operational resilience, security, and cost effectiveness. This is a remote or hybrid work arrangement with participation in leadership service reviews, escalation support, and major incident response as business needs require.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Provide global leadership for business relationship management, IT service delivery, service management, and business-facing technology governance across Performance Technologies.
  • Advise business and functional leaders on technology strategy, investment priorities, service performance, risk, and transformation opportunities.
  • Lead global teams, strategic suppliers, managed service providers, and cross-functional partners to improve business outcomes and operational performance.
  • Partner with business leaders to align technology strategies and roadmaps with organizational goals.
  • Translate business needs into technology solutions, driving innovation and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Lead IT demand management, portfolio prioritization, and business case development based on value, risk, and strategic alignment.
  • Oversee global IT service delivery, ensuring high performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction across all locations.
  • Manage service governance through KPI/SLA monitoring, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Drive IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices across incident, problem, change, asset, and configuration management processes.
  • Optimize ServiceNow and related technologies through automation, standardization, and enhanced user experiences.
  • Manage IT budgets, forecasts, vendor relationships, and cost optimization efforts while balancing business value and service quality.
  • Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, risk management, business continuity, and audit requirements.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing global IT team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

 

Required Education & Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant years of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement in accordance with company policy.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in IT service delivery, business relationship management, IT operations, technology strategy, or related leadership roles.
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience in a global, multi-site, or complex enterprise environment.
  • Up to 25% domestic and international travel depending on business, project, plant, vendor, and service delivery requirements.
  • Demonstrated experience advising senior leaders and translating business strategy into technology priorities, investments, and measurable outcomes.
  • Experience with portfolio governance, financial management, supplier performance, ITSM, and major transformation initiatives.
  • Strong business, financial, commercial, organizational change, stakeholder engagement, and executive communication skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • ITIL, BRMP/CBRM, PMP, or equivalent practical expertise.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and global service delivery operating models.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing environments and major business or technology transformations.

The salary range for this position is estimated in good faith to be $129,600 - $181,8000. The specific offer will depend on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and other job-related considerations but will be within the stated range.
