Position Description
The Senior Manager, Infrastructure & Operations - Americas provides leadership for the delivery, operation, stability, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and support services across the Americas region.
This role is accountable for secure, reliable, responsive, and cost-effective infrastructure operations supporting corporate offices, manufacturing plants, distribution sites, and regional business functions. The position combines operational leadership, technical oversight, service delivery accountability, vendor management, incident escalation, and direct leadership of regional IT resources to ensure local and regional services align with global technology standards, cybersecurity requirements, business priorities, and enterprise service management practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Infrastructure & Operations service delivery across the Americas region, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient IT support for business and manufacturing locations.
- Oversee regional IT infrastructure, plant support, endpoint services, connectivity, and local technology operations to meet business and operational needs.
- Partner with global IT teams to execute infrastructure standards, operational procedures, and strategic technology initiatives across the region.
- Drive service excellence through strong IT service management practices, including incident, problem, change, asset, and knowledge management.
- Serve as a senior escalation point for critical incidents, service disruptions, and complex operational issues, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
- Lead regional infrastructure projects, site expansions, technology refreshes, integrations, migrations, and operational transition activities.
- Support manufacturing operations by ensuring stable and responsive IT services, shop-floor connectivity, business continuity, and operational readiness.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity, risk management, audit, and business continuity requirements while promoting secure and resilient operations.
- Manage vendor and service provider relationships, including performance management, service reviews, cost controls, and technology investment recommendations.
- Lead, coach, and develop a regional Infrastructure & Operations team while fostering collaboration, accountability, customer focus, and operational excellence.
Required Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure, operations, site support, service delivery, or related technology functions in complex, multi-site environments.
- 3+ years of direct people leadership experience managing infrastructure operations, local IT, service delivery, or technical support teams.
- May require up to 30% domestic and international travel depending on project, plant, vendor, or business requirements.
- Demonstrated experience supporting manufacturing, plant, distribution, or operational environments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, endpoint support, infrastructure operations, networking fundamentals, cloud services, cybersecurity principles, and IT service management practices.
- Proven ability to lead regional technology initiatives, infrastructure projects, incident response, operational improvements, and service stabilization efforts.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, communication, stakeholder management, vendor management, and prioritization skills.

The salary range for this position is estimated in good faith to be $129,600 - $181,8000. The specific offer will depend on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and other job-related considerations but will be within the stated range.
