Position Description
You will be responsible for managing and creating the Marketing, Advertising, and Sales materials for NA Data Centers under the Airedale by Modine Brand. You will report solid line to the Vice President, General manager of North America Data Centers and dotted line to the Global Marketing Manager. You are part of the NA Data Center Leadership Team and will work with the team to develop, organize and execute on Marketing strategies to support the overall business including sub-verticals ( eg Hyperscale, Colocation, Aftersales).
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for developing, managing and executing the annual marketing, content plans and associated budgets in the North America region.
- Communicate directly with customers and other partners, regarding product news, promotional activities and public relations events.
- Work with technical thought leaders in the business to produce blogs, editorials and white papers that establish Airedale by Modine as experts in data center cooling.
- Manage all aspects of trade shows including working with relevant sub-contractors on stand design, messaging, attendance and lead gathering / follow-up.
- Provide the necessary sales materials to support to the sub verticals, this may include newsletters, presentations, conference materials and industry shows.
- With VP, GM and leadership team help create and deliver internal and external communications for organization change as we develop our capability and grow the business.
- Grow Airedale by Modine brand awareness among key target end users, consultants and supply chain.
- Strategic Alignment and Execution
- Be a strategic partner to the VP/GM responsible for brand awareness and creating a strong presence in the Data Center market
- Participate in portions of key annual strategic processes: Annual Operating Plan, Strategic Plan and drive key marketing initiatives in the region.
- Work with global marketing team to identify specific development areas within our brand strategy and provide feedback on success of initiatives and event performance
- Offer timely, actionable feedback as opportunities arise to improve brand awareness and strength
Required Education & Qualifications
- BA degree is required for this position, preferable in marketing.
- A master’s degree in business or the equivalent industry experience is desired.
- A minimum of five to ten years marketing or sales experience.
- Experience with HVAC and or/Data Center markets is preferable.
