Position Description
We are seeking a results‑driven MBA intern to join our Finance & Business Intelligence organization. This internship provides hands‑on experience working with financial data, business systems, and reporting tools that support operational and strategic decision‑making.
Your work will center on two key areas:
- Running and maintaining existing Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards that support recurring performance reviews.
- Building a new tariff cost tracking dashboard using Power BI with data sourced from SAP, in partnership with Finance, Supply Chain, and Legal.
You will receive strong mentorship, technical guidance, and structured support throughout the project to ensure you gain meaningful experience and deliver high‑impact work.
Key Responsibilities
• Operate, update, and validate existing BI reports across weekly and monthly cycles.
• Design and develop a tariff cost tracking dashboard that visualizes cost impacts and trends.
• Extract, clean, and model data from SAP to support tariff and financial analysis.
• Collaborate with the Legal team to confirm tariff codes, rates, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across multiple sources through structured validation.
• Document data definitions, system logic, and dashboard processes for long‑term sustainability.
• Present the dashboard and key insights to Finance leadership at project completion.
• Participate in regular mentorship sessions and receive guided feedback from Finance and BI leaders.
Required Education & Qualifications
• Currently enrolled in an MBA program with a concentration in Finance, Analytics, Strategy, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with Power BI, data modeling, or similar tools preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus (training provided).
• Ability to synthesize data into clear business conclusions.
• High attention to detail and comfort working with complex datasets.
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset.
