Position Description
This position will provide internal support to the Key Account Manager(s) by coordinating sales-related activities between Modine and our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Key Account Manager to prepare timely, accurate customer quotations and support RFQ processing (GQRS and customer systems)
- Ensure compliance with quoting procedures, approvals, and internal work instructions
- Manage customer RFQs, change requests, and quote submissions, including tooling and cost transparency
- Set up new customer accounts, including credit documentation and risk assessment
- Review and process purchase orders, verify pricing accuracy, and coordinate order entry and estimates
- Evaluate customer terms & conditions; route for cross-functional review and maintain contract documentation
- Collaborate with estimating, pricing, credit, engineering, and manufacturing teams to resolve pricing and commercial issues
- Support new product launches (NPR), including pricing setup, BOM alignment, and internal system readiness
- Maintain accurate customer files and track program lifecycle, including re-quoting and pricing updates
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams, supporting forecasting, communications, and continuous process improvements
Required Education & Qualifications
- An associate’s degree and/or equivalent experience in business administration, engineering, sales, and/or inside sales is preferred. Minimum of a high school diploma is required
- Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills, good math capability, and computer skills (Excel/Word/SAP)
- Team player who can handle a wide range of activities and adjusts well to changes
- Multi-task and prioritize their workloads
