Position Description
We are seeking a motivated IT Systems Auditor ready to build upon career in technology risk and controls. This position will focus on core IT audit areas, including ERP systems such as SAP, Windows environments, Active Directory, database access security, and other applications. There will also be opportunities to participate in cross-functional audit projects (e.g., operations, finance, and compliance), and exposure to broader cybersecurity and compliance topics.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the execution of IT audits across global operations with a focus on:
- ERP application security (primarily SAP and legacy systems)
- Database access and change control reviews
- IT change management and logical security controls
- User access management and role design in Windows and Active Directory
- Perform testing for SOX IT general controls and assist in audit documentation
- Participate in onboarding audits of newly acquired businesses
- Support integrated audits in collaboration with operational and financial auditors
- Contribute to special projects, investigations, and risk assessments
- Develop clear, well-organized workpapers and summaries for audit reporting
Required Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in IT, audit, or related roles
- Knowledge of IT systems, networks, databases, and applications
- Familiarity with Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL)
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills
Ideal Qualifications:
- Experience in ERP systems such as SAP
- CISA, Security+, or similar early-career certifications
- Familiarity with SOX, COBIT, or other IT control frameworks
Travel:
Ability to travel up to 20%, including some international locations
