Position Description
Modine Heat Transfer products and systems for the Automotive, On Highway and Heavy Duty Equipment market globally.
The Quality Organization handles activities regarding Management Systems & Standards in departments/functions called Management Systems & Standards (MS&S) across the globe in Central Functions, Business Segments, Business Units as well as in Modine Global Support Services.
This position is part of the Global MS&S organization and is charged with the responsibility of administrating PLM Data.
Key Responsibilities
- PLM DATA for PT NA
- Administration of Drawings
- Verification of Modine Drawings
- Release of Modine drawings
- Archive of Customer Drawings
The activities are part of the Processes “Control of Engineering Drawings and Package Drawings”.
- Administration Material Master Data and BOM
- Creation
- Maintenance
- Rectification based on Back Flush issues
- Routing creation based on input from Functional Department
- Production order creation and yield scrap addition
The activities are part of the Process “Control of Engineering Bills of Material, Labor Routings, and Design Software” and are based on the input provided by functions who create the related Modine drawings.
- Administration of Change Orders (CO / CR)
- Administration of changes related to Drawings, Material Master Data and BOM
- Change Order monitoring
The activities are part of the Process “Change Order”.
- Administration of NPRs (New Product Releases)
- Administration of NPRs related to Drawings, Material Master Data and BOM
- NPR monitoring
Required Education & Qualifications
- Engineering Degree or Technician Certification
- Experience in Application, Manufacturing or Quality Engineering / Technician—3+ years of experience
- Knowledge of Heat Transfer Technology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point skills.
- Knowledge in ERP (SAP) Systems
