Position Description

 

The Accounts Payable Coordinator is responsible for maintaining and updating vendor information in the company’s ERP system, ensuring all records are
accurate and compliant with internal policies. The role often involves collaborating closely with Procurement and other key business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

 

• Daily tasks may include reviewing new vendor requests, verifying documentation, and managing data changes.
• Ensure corporate vendor master procedures and guidelines are followed.
• Enter vendor details into SAP.
• Adhere to performance metrics to ensure internal customer needs are met in a timely manner.

Required Education & Qualifications

 

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance preferred; an associate degree with 2+ years of relevant experience will also be considered.

• 3+ years experience of accounts payable processing.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
• The ability to multi-task, prioritize and willingness to learn new skills.
• Proficient with Word and Excel.
• Experience with SAP.
• The ability to exercise good judgement in safeguarding confidential or sensitive information and
adhere to high standards of confidentiality and honesty is required
• Team oriented person who can focus on the details but work independently as necessary.
• The ability to work effectively in a high growth environment and a rapidly changing organization.
