Position Description

The Sr Quality analyst evaluates, designs, executes, measures, monitors and controls quality processes in order to improve overall organization performance.  

You will analyse and optimise our existing quality controls and processes, implement process improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence across the organisation. You will design and develop innovative solutions using MS Power Platform and Google Workspace to support and optimize our business functions. 

Key Responsibilities

    1. Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement custom applications using Power Platform and Google Workspace.
    2. Integration: Integrate PowerApps and AppSheet solutions with other cloud services (e.g., Dynamics 365, Microsoft Teams) and third-party applications. 
    3. Requirement Analysis:Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring solutions meet business needs and objectives. 
    4. Testing and Deployment:Conduct thorough testing of applications and workflows, and manage deployment processes to ensure smooth implementation. 
    5. Maintenance and Support:Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Power Platform solutions, troubleshooting issues and implementing enhancements as needed. 
    6. Custom Development:Extend the capabilities of Power Platform and Google Workspace solutions through custom development using languages such as JavaScript, Python, C#, and SQL. 
    7. Documentation:Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed solutions, including design specifications, user guides, and technical manuals. 
    8. Training: Train end-users and provide technical support to ensure effective utilization of PowerApps and AppSheet solutions.

     

Required Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.

    Minimum of three years' experience in Power Platform Developer, Business Process management or a related role. 

     Technical Skills: 

    • Power Platform (Canvas/model-driven apps, SharePoint, Power BI, Dataverse) 
    • Google Workspace (AppSheet, Looker, Apps Scrip, Google Cloud)
    • Relational databases 
    • Web APIs

     

     

    Certifications (any will be highly appreciated): 

    • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
    • AppSheet Developer professional certificate
