Position Description
This role assists with leading daily production operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met. It involves coordinating materials and workflow, supporting engineering and quality processes, driving continuous improvement, enforcing safety protocols, and collaborating across teams. The position also helps manage shifting priorities, interprets technical drawings, and supports team performance and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise assigned production team in regards to Safety, Quality, and Production Efficiency.
- Own and maintain effective use of Tier 1 Station boards for shift kick-off, team alerts and announcements, and issue escalations.
- Work alongside Engineering teams for the required technical support including but not limited to drawings, work travelers, planning, work instructions, process documentation, etc.
- Coordinate material requests with the Warehouse Team to ensure no downtime in the production station.
- Oversee the production inspection processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Partnering with the Quality department to ensure quality standards are met, including raising non-compliance reports for defective/damaged parts. Participating in rectifying snags and ensuring quality alerts have been communication to other team members.
- Enhancing production efficiencies by streamlining processes and implementing best practices.
- Reading blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine layouts
- Ensuring safety procedures and policies are being followed, including conducting tool box meetings and raising concerns to the Safety team.
- Adapting quickly to changing priorities, ensuring seamless transitions between tasks without compromising deadlines or quality standards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful project completion; strengthening interdepartmental relationships.
- Contributing to employee performance reviews and disciplinary actions.
- Other duties as assigned by a member of management.
Required Education & Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Must be qualified to perform the duties of leadership in accordance with safety, quality, and quantity standards and to perform the mental, technical, and visual requirements of the job in a safe and efficient manner.

- Ability to lift 50 lbs without assistance
- Ability to stand for a minimum of 2-3 hours
- Ability to reach over shoulders/head
- Ability to bend at waist and knees
- Ability to twist at shoulders/waist
- Familiar with tools
Education Requirements:
- High school diploma of GED required.
