Position Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and inspecting parts.
- Apply paint, primers, and protective coatings using spray guns and other painting equipment.
- Mix paints and coatings according to specifications and production requirements.
- Inspect painted components to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to company standards.Perform touch-ups and rework as required.
- Operate and maintain painting equipment, tools, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.Follow all safety procedures, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Read and interpret work orders, specifications, and production schedules.
- Assist with material handling and movement of parts within the production facility.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
