Position Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimizing our manufacturing processes, ensuring the efficiency, reliability, and safety of our operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed work instructions for manufacturing processes and product assembly
  • Provide technical support to manufacturing operations
  • Collaborate with the Product Development Team to optimize designs for manufacturability
  • Identify and implementing cost reduction efforts
  • Lead initiatives to enhance manufacturing process technology
  • Oversee the maintenance of CDI Standards and Best Practices

Required Education & Qualifications

Education:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, Industrial Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering is required.
  • A Master's degree is highly desirable.

Experience:

  • Minimum of three years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of experience and advanced engineering education.
  • Strong training and experience in modern manufacturing techniques, including Lean, 5S, Constraint Theory Management, and Six Sigma, are essential.
