Position Description
Climate by Design is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Electrical Sub-Assembler to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling various electrical and electronic components into subassemblies and final products. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to interpret technical documents, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electrical and electronic components, such as wiring, circuit boards, and control panels, into subassemblies.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to ensure accurate assembly.
- Conduct quality control checks and tests on subassemblies and final products to ensure they meet specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any assembly issues
Required Education & Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent is preferred.
- Shop courses or equivalent experience is helpful.
- Some experience assembling HVAC equipment is desirable.
