ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1.   Performs highly repetitive bench or line assembly and testing operations to assemble and package units or subassemblies, meeting established production goals.

2.   Identifies and tags defective parts.

3.   Properly packages finished goods.

4.   Ensures proper quantities of parts are maintained, replenishing parts supplies or notifying appropriate personnel as necessary.

5.   Assists in training and coaching seasonal employees.

6.   Miscellaneous responsibilities as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

1. Basic assembly and testing experience/ability and product knowledge.
2. Ability to identify defective parts.
3. Basic mathematical skills.
4. Ability to use electrical test instrumentation and hand tools including air wrenches, drills, screwdrivers, etc.
5. Ability to lift as necessary (up to 50 lbs.) and stand at assembly area for required periods of time.
