Position Description
- Receive and evaluate the customer order with related dept. including AE & drafting, ME, quality and procurement, and feedback the delivery plan to sales or customer.
- According to the customer delivery plan and lead time of supplier delivery, build up the monthly production plan and weekly production plan accordingly.
- Responsible for working out and supervising material requirement plan, tracking material progress, and ensuring timely order delivery.
- Lead the daily plant meeting to follow up the production schedule, feedback and adjust the plan if need.
- WIP control and analysis regularly.
- OTIF, weekly and monthly reports prepare.
- Responsible for daily management and arrange the related training for dept. employees.
- Other jobs-related tasks as assigned by direct manager.
Required Education & Qualifications
- Experienced in Planner and material control, familiar with LEAN.
- Familiar with ERP/K3 system.
- Strong leadership and coordinate ability.
- Good at English reading, writing and communication. CET - 4 above.
- Engineering Bachelor Degree above.
