Position Description
The Lift Crew / Crane Operator Supervisor oversees all lifting operations on site for both Data Centers 1 & 2, ensuring compliance with safety standards, coordinating lift plans, supervising crane operators and riggers, and providing technical leadership. This role ensures all lifts are executed safely, efficiently, and according to engineering requirements.
Morning Shift - Monday to Friday
7:00AM to 3:30PM
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, supervise, and schedule crane operators and lift crew members.
• Review, approve, and execute engineered lift plans.
• Conduct on site risk assessments, toolbox meetings, and safety briefings.
• Ensure all lifting devices and rigging gear are inspected and compliant.
• Provide coaching and technical support to operators and riggers.
• Liaise with project managers, safety advisors, and engineering teams.
• Oversee documentation including lift permits, inspection logs, and operating records.
• Act as the primary point of contact for resolving lift related operational issues.
Required Education & Qualifications
• Extensive experience in crane operation and lift planning (5+ years preferred).
• Previous supervisory or lead hand experience.
• Valid Advanced Hoisting Equipment Operator Certification.
• Strong understanding of engineered lifts, load charts, and rigging principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, lift plans, and load calculations.
