Position Description

Operators will complete all stages of water pipe processing.  This will include handling of raw material using fork trucks, pallet jacks, and power pushers.  Operators will be required to master all machinery used in water pipe processing.  This will include bandsaw for cutting, Mag drills, grooving machine, and all over head lifting devices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operator will be able to setup and operate bandsaw
2. Operator will be able to setup and operate pipe grooving machine
3. Operator will be to safely operate over head lifting devices
4. Operator will be able to use all calibrated measuring device to ensure quality work
5. Operator will be able to trouble shot all machinery to assist in diagnosing problems
6. Operator will be able to deliver all finished goods to the correct areas
7. Operator will be able to use print to setup all machinery

Operator will be able to work from supplied production schedule

Required Education & Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
