Position Description
An opportunity has arisen for a Labourer to work in production.
Key Responsibilities
The Role
Responsibilities for this role include:
- Primarily cleaning all areas of the factory
- Emptying general waste bins in the factory
- Clearing the factory of scrap wood, weighing scrap, sweeping inside the factory
- Emptying recycling bins in the office and clearing cardboard boxes from the offices
- Bailing waste cardboard
- Emptying the shredding machine outside the offices
- Replenishing wash room and kitchen supplies ie soaps / tissues /blue roll
- Gardening duties
- Other ad hoc duties as required e.g. setting up furniture for presentations etc.
Required Education & Qualifications
- Be capable of working unsupervised & able to use initiative
- Counterbalance Fork lift truck licence essential
- Be a team player and willing to cover workload of other labourers as and when required
- Able to work 05.55 – 14.30 Monday to Thursday and 5.55am – 11h35 on Friday
- Have good communication skills
- Flexibility to work overtime as and when required
