Position Description
Step into a high‑impact role where you’ll directly support our plant operations, product quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Maintenance Manager leads the coordination and execution of new equipment installations, troubleshooting, and support for new product launches, all while ensuring our manufacturing equipment, machinery, and facility stay in optimal operating condition.
In this role, you’ll help select and implement new equipment and tools, drive improvements to maintenance processes, and play a key part in enhancing production efficiency. You’ll also manage the financial budget for the maintenance area and plan future project investments.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the maintenance staff.
- Responsible for the planning and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance for equipment, machines and facilities.
- Responsible for maintaining an efficient operation of equipment, machinery and facilities.
- Responsible for select and hiring of contractors to support layout changes, machinery installation, maintenance services, extensions, construction and demolition.
- Coordinate and monitor the training of new engineers and maintenance personnel
- Responsible for maintenance workshop, spare parts inventory and tooling.
- Document and recommend plans on equipment or tools needed and manage the implementation of projects.
- Control and motivation of assigned supervisors.
- Teamwork for problem-solving.
- Analyze and report KPI’s.
- Development of cost reduction and proactive continuous improvement projects.
- Compliance with objectives and goals.
- Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental legislation.

- Ensure that environmental policy and environmental objectives are established and consistent with the strategic direction and context of the organization.
- Ensure the integration of requirements for the environmental management system into the organization's business processes.
- Ensure the resources for the environmental management system are available.
- Communicate the importance of effective environmental management and compliance with the requirements of the environmental management system.
- Ensure that the environmental management system achieves the expected results.
- Leadership of the environmental management system.
- Promote continuous improvement.
- Support other relevant management roles.
- Consider environmental aspects during the design process.
- Monitor environmental performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with legal and other requirements.
- Identify requirements for suppliers and raw material procurement.
- Review the operation of the environmental management system.
- Support and participate in the compliance with quality objectives such as Safety and Environment, PPM's, Scrap and On-time Deliveries.
Required Education & Qualifications
- Education: Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineer (Preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge and management of problem solving techniques.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodology.
- Statistical knowledge and interpretation.
- Ability to document and recommend a capital plan on equipment or tools needed and manage projects.
- Interprate blue prints and design of tools.
