Build the Systems That Power Our Products. Are you someone who enjoys working with your hands, solving technical challenges, and seeing the results of your work come to life? We're looking for a skilled Wiring Technician to join our team and play a critical role in building and wiring electrical control systems for our custom equipment. In this role, you'll assemble, wire, and install electrical controls, sensors, motors, instrumentation, and related components based on engineering drawings and specifications. You'll be involved throughout the build process, from layout and installation to final wiring and testing preparation. Key Responsibilities:
- Install and wire electrical controls, motors, sensors, instrumentation, and related components to engineering specifications.
- Lay out and position controls, motors, sensors, and other electrical equipment within enclosures and units.
- Mount control panels, back panels, junction boxes, and electrical components.
- Route, bundle, and secure wiring and cables to maintain clean, organized installations that meet quality standards.
- Perform point-to-point wiring of relays, controls, motors, sensors, and associated devices.
- Verify accuracy of wiring and components through self-inspection to minimize errors and ensure reliable system performance.
- Measure, bend, install, and route Rigid and EMT conduit systems to support electrical wiring and components while ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Interpret electrical and mechanical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Document fabrication changes using red-line markups and communicate modifications to Engineering and Management.
- Assist with fabrication of metal components using industrial cutting and bending equipment when needed.
- Utilize a variety of tools and equipment, including drills, hand tools, and plasma cutting equipment.
- Support occasional gas piping and fitting activities as required.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Leadership teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Maintain a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school training is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and schematics.
- Working knowledge of electrical wiring practices, components, and terminology.
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and identify wiring or component discrepancies.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
