As a Quality Clerk, you will play a critical role in supporting our Quality Team by ensuring accurate documentation, tracking quality performance, and helping maintain the systems that keep our products and processes operating at the highest standards. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, collaborating across departments, and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
Quality Documentation & Data Management
- Maintain, organize, and update quality records, inspection reports, certifications, and testing documentation.
- Accurately enter and manage quality-related data within company databases and reporting systems.
- Support document control activities, ensuring records remain current, compliant, and audit-ready.
- Generate reports and quality metrics that help drive informed business decisions.
Quality System Support
- Assist with tracking nonconformances, corrective actions, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Help prepare documentation for customer, internal, and external audits.
- Monitor and maintain calibration records and equipment certifications.
- Support compliance with company, customer, and regulatory quality requirements.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Partner with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Customer Service teams to gather and distribute quality information.
- Assist in identifying trends and opportunities for process improvement.
- Support ongoing Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture focused on quality, safety, and customer success.
