As a Piping Technician, you will be responsible for assembling, fitting, fabricating, and testing piping systems and components used in our manufacturing processes and finished products.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and work instructions.

·  Measure, cut, bend, fit, and assemble piping systems and components to precise specifications.

·  Perform brazing, soldering, welding, and other joining techniques as required.

·  Install valves, fittings, tubing, and related system components.

·  Conduct pressure testing, leak testing, and quality inspections.

·  Troubleshoot assembly challenges and recommend process improvements.

·  Ensure all work meets quality standards, safety requirements, and production schedules.

·  Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

·  Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.

·  Assist in training and supporting team members as needed

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience in piping, fabrication, assembly, manufacturing, HVAC, plumbing, welding, or a related skilled trade.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, measuring instruments, and shop equipment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with stainless steel, copper, aluminum, or industrial piping systems.
  • Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 pounds.
  • Stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
  • Safely operate manufacturing equipment and tools.
  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
