KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Every day, you’ll help create a smooth path to perfection by:

• Using palm sanders and hand-sanding techniques to achieve clean, smooth metal surfaces.
• Carefully masking and protecting unit openings with paper and tape before painting.
• Cleaning and wiping down metal units to remove dust, residue, and surface imperfections.
• Using ladders when needed to reach and prep all areas, ensuring complete coverage and consistency.
• Playing a key role in maintaining the high finish quality our customers expect

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

We’re seeking dependable, detail-driven team members who thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment:

• Comfortable using basic hand tools.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Capable of lifting up to 10 lbs. regularly.
• Skilled in reading and using a tape measure accurately.
• Willing to wear a respirator and other required PPE.
• Flexible to work overtime when production demands it
