Job Description:
- Transform indoor spaces with expert cleaning and upkeep
- Manage cleaning supplies and restock inventory like a pro
- Keep outdoor areas neat—mow lawns, trim bushes, and clear walkways
- Remove snow and debris to keep paths safe and accessible
- Replace air filters and support HVAC maintenance
- Empty trash and recycling bins with efficiency and care
- Perform minor repairs on tools and equipment
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors to perfection
- Maintain restrooms to the highest hygiene standards
- Wash windows and mirrors until they gleam
- Report any safety hazards to supervisors promptly
- Operate floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment
- Dust furniture and fixtures to keep everything fresh.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong communication skills—you know how to get things done and keep others informed.
- Familiarity with cleaning products and their proper use
- Skill in disinfecting and sanitizing various surfaces
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Excellent organizational skills to keep everything in order
- Knowledge of safety protocols when handling chemicals
- Top-notch time management to stay ahead of the game
