Key Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Assist in the fabrication, assembly, and production of manufactured products.
• Read and accurately use a tape measure for measuring, cutting, and verifying dimensions.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and manufacturing equipment safely and effectively.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the facility.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Support team members and assist in various departments as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
• Comfortable working at heights and utilizing ladders, lifts, or elevated work platforms when required.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous manufacturing, construction, fabrication, or industrial experience is a plus, but not required.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.
