Sub-Assembly Technician – Make Up Air Equipment

Join a team where craftsmanship meets innovation. As a Sub-Assembly Technician, you’ll be at the heart of building high-performance Make Up Air systems that power commercial and industrial spaces. Whether you're cutting insulation with precision or assembling motors and burners, your work will directly contribute to the quality and reliability of our products.

Job Description:

  • Read and interpret blueprints and CAD drawings (training provided)
  • Safely operate forklifts and lift equipment to move components and materials
  • Assemble fans, motors, burners, and gas manifolds with precision and care
  • Cut insulation using advanced water jet machinery
  • Complete detailed checklists to ensure every build meets our high standards
  • Keep your workspace organized and safe throughout the shift
  • Collaborate with teammates in a positive, solution-focused environment
  • Suggest improvements to boost quality, efficiency, and reduce costs
  • Uphold company policies and safety protocols with pride

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately (training provided)
  • Familiarity with blueprints and CAD drawings (training provided)
  • Experience with cold saws, iron workers, shears, and sheet metal bending (training provided)
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools
  • Forklift and lift equipment operation skills (training provided)
  • Ability to follow directions and standard procedures
  • Background in construction, assembly, or carpentry is a plus
