Position Description
The Training Coordinator will support the facility by managing training records, compliance tracking, and training logistics. Reporting directly to the Senior Trainer and supporting Technical Trainers, this position plays a pivotal role in maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring seamless, audit-ready plant operations. Responsibilities include digital record management, maintaining tracking logs, coordinating class logistics, and delivering select training modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain digital training records, sign-in sheets, and certifications within SharePoint and plant document repositories.
- Track training completions using Microsoft Excel, ensuring data accuracy, and assisting with system/LMS transitions as processes evolve.
- Assist in onboarding processes by preparing documentation, tracking attendance, and supporting facilitators.
- Support plant audit readiness by ensuring training documentation meets ISO, OSHA, and internal compliance standards.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including room scheduling, roster tracking, and training material preparation.
- Deliver introductory training modules or onboarding content based on individual background and expertise.
- Provide reliable administrative support to the Senior Trainer and Technical Trainers across plant training initiatives.
- Assist with the development of training content, including data/information collection and analysis, content/topic research, and design of training
Required Education & Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in administrative support, training coordination, compliance tracking, or record management.
- Experience and/or education in training preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and M365 tools (SharePoint/Outlook), with the capability to easily adapt to new digital systems or software.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational ability.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a warm, patient, and approachable communication style suitable for working with plant operators and cross-functional teams.
- Adaptable mindset, comfortable operating in a dynamic environment with evolving processes.

The salary range for this position is estimated in good faith to be $50,000 - $70,000. The specific offer will depend on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and other job-related considerations but will be within the stated range.
