Position Description

 

 

 Have strong summary of knowledge in processes, prints and procedures, which would include basic hands on proficiency in the following areas where needed:  Brazing/Fin Press/Sheet Metal and Tubing, as well as any other coil manufacturing disciplines and equipment.  Assist less experienced operators in setting up and trouble shooting problems.  Able to execute schedule requirements and promote safety in manufacturing procedures. 

 

 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

Hands on in assigned area using required equipment and

materials.                                                                                                   

 

Assist other operators in set-up and trouble shooting.                            

 

Help coordinate schedule requirements and execute under

Supervisors direction.                                                                                           

 

Approves and monitors Quality and safety requirements.                     

 

Makes sure work area is left clean and organized.                                    

 

 

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs. Must be able to read and understand Blue Prints.

Experience of lifting, and moving, heavy objects safely. Excellent attendance and attitude a

Must. Must use all assigned PPE as required.

 

 

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma, are equivalent GED. Must have good math skills.
