Position Description

  • Responsible for printing, issuing, and tracking work order pkgs., generating, tracking and expediting redo work orders as needed, according to the schedule, Master Scheduler or Production Supervisor. Includes Braze Line work order also.

  • Delivering Redo work orders to the different areas the parts are produced in.

  • Responsible for maintaining work orders in the racks at the Fin Press Group Leader’s desk with at least 4 orders per press at all times.

  • Responsible for executing any fin stock substitutions and making necessary changed to the work orders before confirmations.

  • Perform any needed fin press confirmations as needed.

 

  • Other responsibilities may include expediting and prioritizing work orders as needed or instructed by the Master Scheduler and Production Supervisors and/or otherwise indicated by the Production Schedule. 
    • Interface and communicate with manufacturing personnel, other Material Production Control Coordinators, stockroom personnel, supervisors and any necessary personnel, on material status, material location, production planning issues, and purchase part availability.

    • Perform all necessary Computer System transactions needed to support day to day activities.

     

    • Assist in any necessary production activities to support production and department operations.
       
    • Help with or complete special projects as determined by business needs, Master Scheduler or Lead Supervisor.

    • May be required to generate needed reports and maintain records as needed for tracking and reporting purposes.

     

    • Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned by the supervisor, Master Scheduler and/or determined by manufacturing changes and business needs.

Required Education & Qualifications

Requires a high school diploma or GED. BA/BS not required but preferred.
