Position Description
This Inventory Control Auditor will lead our cycle counting program at our growing plant in Grenada that manfuactures chillers for data centers. This role reports to the Warehouse Supervisor/Warehouse Manager and will provide administrative support to the MP&L Department. This role is responsible for
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Accuracy:

- Keeps track of the goods and supplies in a store or warehouse and manages material movements from receipt of purchased goods to final shipment of products
- Performing quality audits on stored inventory in SAP
- Ensure that ABC is applied correctly for all purchased parts for Chillers
- Manage the day-to-day cycle counting program
- Review daily cycle counts for accuracy
- Request recounts when counts fall outside of acceptable ranges as defined by SAP
- Perform analysis to determine root cause of loss/gain of individual parts
- Document weekly cycle counts and summarize findings for appropriate signature as defined by Financial thresholds
- Maintain cycle count files for the required period of time as defined by the Chiller Department
- Ensure that cycles are performed and entered on time
- Work collaboratively with all departments to quickly resolve inventory discrepancies.

Required Education & Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent GED. Prior experience in the role will can be used as an equivalency.
- Role may require need to perform duties at multiple Modine sites or visit local suppliers.
- Demonstrate ability to learn and use various computer applications (ex. SAP, Excel, WMS, Outlook).
- Work well with multiple departments and/or people to resolve issues.
- Exhibit good judgement and problem solving skills.
- Operate in a safe manner and report any issues that may arise while performing these duties.
- Must be willing to work across all shifts as needed.
