Position Description
The Field Controls Technician III is an experienced role responsible for advanced commissioning/preventative maintenance/troubleshooting with moderate independence. This role also serves as a mentor for lower-level technicians.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced Diagnostics with limited supervision.
- Lead small projects or tasks involving testing/calibrating control systems.
- Mentor and train other technicians.
- Interpretation of technical drawings and specifications.
- Document and report issues clearly and work closely with customer teams as needed.
Required Education & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Effective communication with team members and supervisors
- Travel up to 75%
