Position Description
DUTIES: Job Summary: The End-of-Line Test Technician is responsible for performing final product testing and validation to ensure that all units leaving the production line meet performance specifications and quality standards. This role involves using test equipment, diagnostic tools, and technical documentation to verify product functionality and identify defects before shipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional tests on finished products based on established procedures
- Interpret test results and diagnose product failures or non-conformance
- Document and report testing results, including anomalies and recommended actions
- Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve product issues
- Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring test failures or process inefficiencies

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED eqivalent
- Requires the use of fairly complicated drawings, mathematics, variety of precision measuring instruments; some trade knowledge.
Physical requirements of the job are the ability to:
Lift 50 pounds without assistance
Stand for a minimum of 2-3 hours
Reaching over shoulders/head
Bending at waist/knees
Twisting at shoulders/waist
