Position Description

We are looking for an EHS Manager to lead and design and implementation of environmental, health, and safety systems for our new manufacturing facility. This role is critical to ensuring a safety start-up and fostering a strong safety culture from day one I support of our mission to safely produce cooling and infrastructure solutions for data centers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement EHS policies, procedures, and training programs for a ne manufacturing site.
  • Ensure compliance with federal safety, and local environmental, safety, and health regulations.
  • Lead job hazard analysis, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
  • Create and delivery safety orientation and training for all new hires and contractors.
  • Desing and implement environmental management systems (i.e. waste handling, emissions, reporting).
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and corrective actions to drive a safety and complaint workplace.
  • Partner with leadership and employees to build a proactive, behavior-based safety culture.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment, preferably in HVAC, refrigeration, or industrial equipment production.
  • Experience implementing quality systems in a plant start-up or ramp up.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality standards.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.
