Position Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Coach to report to James Lumb, Sunshine Chillers Team Leader. This role will be responsible for the hands on implementation side of the improvements on the Hyperscale line.
This role will require some flexibility to vary your hours some weeks to enable work with both shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Initially this role will be focus on learning all of the new quality requirements for the Sunshine Line and ensuring these requirements are understood and followed by every team member, in every station, on your shift.
Once the quality improvements are consistent and embedded, your focus will shift to joining one of our lean productivity teams that will drive efficiency improvements on the Hyperscale line
Note this role is a coach level role. Just like a brazing coach teaches and mentors people how to braze, this new role will involve you teaching and mentoring people how to conform to the Hyperscale quality requirements. Success in this role will be seen when the wider team are confirming to standards
Required Education & Qualifications
- Knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems
- Good communication skills
- Coaching experience would be an advantage
- Ability to maintain good working relationships within all levels of the Company
- Safety, Environmental & Quality awareness and understanding
- Ability to challenge should an employee not be adhering to the quality standards
- Working knowledge of Microsoft office particularly Word and Excel.
