Key Responsibilities

- Incoming Inspection/Process inspection Control
- Fully understand customers’ requirements.
- Quick feedback of unqualified components to QE, SQE and buyers
- Monitor and control product and inspection status (identification)
- Highlight drawing and inspection document problems
- Optimize inspection methods and efficiency
- Inspection records according to SAP and QE’s requirement
- Process monitor according to WI and QMS procedure
- Data collection, including data and failure pictures.
- Implement containment actions for internal/external complaints.
- MRB daily disposition (return or exchange volume)
- Gage 5S check and monitor calibration status
- Good communication with QE and logistic guys
- Quality non-conforming warehouse 5S and record/product maintain
- SAP problem feedback and solving
- Document classified and place in file, including all kinds of quality records.

Required Education & Qualifications

• Degree of Junior College in major of Engineering, or equal
• At least 1 year online quality inspection experience or 1 years’ incoming inspection experience, Frame inspection experience is preferred.
• Be able to read drawing and quality document
• Good knowledge of use caliper, micrometer and other quality measuring tools, check jig and CMM are preferred
• Basic understanding with ISO9001 or IATF16949 system
• Basic knowledge of seven quality tools, basic knowledge of SPC and MSA are preferred
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and SAP
• Basic English skill
• Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
• Strong executive force and coordinate ability
• Able to work under pressure and independently
