Position Description
The Quality Analyst Senior develops, implements, and maintains quality systems and procedures to ensure products meet internal and external standards. Key responsibilities include conducting audits, analyzing quality data, resolving issues through corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), training teams, managing documentation, and communicating with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
This role requires a strong foundation in quality principles, analytical skills, and excellent communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive quality assurance strategies to ensure product excellence and compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor and review the performance of the quality system to ensure continuous improvement and compliance.
- Establish and maintain quality metrics, audit plans, and corrective action plans.
- Develop and coordinate process and product inspection plans, and implement quality control systems.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to quality assurance and inspection teams.
- Lead cross-functional teams in defining quality metrics, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing corrective actions.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and knowledge sharing.
Required Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality control.
- Proven track record of implementing quality assurance frameworks and methodologies.
- Ability to define work processes and lead team members in successful implementation and ongoing execution
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic quality tools and techniques, understanding of FMEA, flow charts, control plans, SPC and variation reduction
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
