Position Description
Seeking a detail-oriented project manager to lead data center projects focusing on new product introduction and industrialization of manufacturing sites. This role ensures timely delivery of milestones, effective cross-department communication, and smooth coordination of industrialization and expansion efforts. Manages moderately complex projects and supports larger programs. Ensures consistent use of standard tools, templates, and governance practices. Strengthens cross-functional collaboration and begins driving accountability with internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for internal teams
- Develop and maintain project plans and schedules.
- Track progress, risks, and issues; escalate as needed.
- Support governance reviews and consistent reporting to leadership.
- Drive adoption of Program Management Office (PMO) tools and templates.
- Coordinate execution across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics
- Manage scope changes, change orders, and customer expectations
- Ensure compliance with standards, safety, and processes
- Identify and implement process improvements
Required Education & Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience in manufacturing environement
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)
- Familiarity with program management methodologies; PMP preferred
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects
- Effective in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities
- Strong leadership and influence across teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Travel for this position is measured at up to 25% of the time, with travel being primarily to Modine plants, suppliers, and customer locations to support products and teams.
