Position Description
The Continuous Improvement Associate supports efforts to improve processes, reduce waste, and enhance operational efficiency across the organization. Ideal for someone early in their career with strong analytical skills and an interest in Lean/Six Sigma.
Key Responsibilities

Identify opportunities for process improvement using Lean/Six Sigma tools.

Collect and analyze data to support improvement initiatives.

Participate in Kaizen events and cross‑functional projects.

Document processes and help develop SOPs.

Support rollout of CI tools and methods.

Prepare reports and presentations to share findings.
Required Education & Qualifications
- Technical background or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Solid communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Basic understanding of Lean/Six Sigma principles.
- Detail‑oriented and eager to learn CI methodologies.
- Lean or Six Sigma certification (e.g., Yellow Belt) an asset
- Experience supporting process mapping or data analysis an asset
