Position Description:

As a Manufacturing Engineer II, you will play a key role in optimizing manufacturing processes, leading continuous improvement projects, and supporting new product introductions in our chiller production plant. You will work closely with production teams to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety in our growing operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve quality.
  • Support the launch of new product by developing manufacturing processes, tooling, and work instructions.
  • Analyze production metrics and implement data-driven solutions to improve output and reduce downtime.
  • Collaborate with Design Engineering to ensure manufacturability of new and existing products.
  • Train production teams on new processes and best practices.
  • Evaluate and implement automation and digital manufacturing technologies where applicable.
  • Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including 5S, Kaizen events, and value stream mapping.
  • Support capital equipment planning, installation, and validation.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization.
  • Experience with manufacturing equipment, automation, and production troubleshooting.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools is a plus.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
